Terms of Service

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multipost service (the "Service") provided by Multipost("Multipost," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Multipost is a social media scheduling and management tool that lets you plan, schedule, publish, and analyze content on Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. The Service integrates with Instagram through Meta's official APIs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connecting Instagram accounts

To use publishing features you must connect one or more Instagram professional accounts via Instagram Login. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each connected account and to publish content to it. You may disconnect an account at any time, in the app or through your Instagram settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
  • Send spam, engage in artificial engagement, or automate activity in a manner that violates Instagram's policies.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of Meta/Instagram.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (for example, to publish a scheduled post to your connected account). You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on Instagram and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages of those platforms. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Multipost and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, as this may depend on Instagram's availability and policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multipost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Multipost harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Multipost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
